His highest motivation is to get his client the best deal which is a combination of your desired location, at the most competitive price with as many of desires needs. During our first conversation Brian was sure to assess my wants and needs. Brian has a personable approach to his clients. In my case I have a single mom who work from home with 3 young children one of who has special health needs. I needed to be in an area with great schools, close to necessities, and relatively close to my son's treatment center. Brian takes ownership of the entire process and ensure that I was well informed and prepared for it. He gave me referrals based on my needs and ensure I knew what to look out for so I would not be caught off guard. He ensured I was prequalified so I knew how much house I could afford. He ensured that I had the best information pertaining to the houses in the market where I showed interest and constantly updated me on the price changes. When I showed interest in my current home, he advised me on steps to negotiate based on my desired final out of pocket spend. Brian ensured I had the right professions to do sufficient due diligence which ended up saving me $15,000 in the cost of the house and another $5,000 towards closing costs. Brian was able to share his contacts to ensure I was able to get the help I needed to have a move in support during the most unprecedented time of my life time. I'm a single mom with 4 children and 3 below the age of 12 and with the help of Brian Sanchez I was able to purchase my dream home in the most amazing neighborhood With great schools only .5 miles from all shopping, banking as amazing neighbors. I still send Brian random messages to say thank you every time I think about how he helped me get into my dream home.
